A former educator from El Paso has been arrested in New Mexico. The individual, a former coach at Irvin High School, had previously pleaded guilty to having an improper relationship with a student.

The arrest was made by the New Mexico State Police due to a probation violation. Agents from the Fugitive Apprehension Unit and Las Cruces Uniform Bureau were involved in the apprehension.
