The number of US service members wounded has surpassed 750 since the start of the Iran war. This update comes from the Defense Department's war casualty database, which was updated to reflect more than 50 additional wounded soldiers. The total number of wounded service members now stands at 757, with 18 service members having died.

The Defense Department's database combines totals from "Overseas Operations" and Operation Epic Fury to provide the current casualty numbers. The conflict began on February 28.
