A suspect charged with murder is expected in court after a 29-year-old woman was found hanging from a tree. The woman, Tasia Fortune, was discovered outside an abandoned house more than a month ago. A murder charge was announced against 51-year-old Jarques Ratliff after the medical examiner ruled her death a homicide.
